LICD IRC Rules.
1. No l33t speak. No means never. l33t speak will result in ban. English is the language we use here, please use only others languages if someone asks for translation help.
2. No begging for OP. You won't get it. Begging for OP will result in ban.
3. No scripts. No means no scripts no matter of what kind. Scripts will result in ban.
4. Be nice to other users. This is supposed to be fun. Any insults concerning race, color, religion, appearance, ancestry and stuff will result in ban. Also, impersonating other users is not allowed. Use your own nick.
5. No illegal stuff. Illegal stuff (Warez, mp3 trading, serials and stuff) will result in permanent ban and report to the Blitzed Admins. Prepare to be K-Lined.
6. Being K-Lined is bad. You don't want to be K-Lined.
7. OPs are always right.
8. The rules will be interpreted by the OPs and not by the users. (Look at rule #7)
9. Just being annoying (The gnuf thing and stuff) will result in ban.
10. No extreme idling. Please. 4 hours idling is "did he fell down the stairs?", 10 hours a "You have RL?" 24 hours is a kick.
11. Any unsolved situations, because one or more of the affected users arent willing or able to work out a compromise, will result in a one week ban.

The Bans Explained (yes we explain things sometimes)
Idlers/Bouncers will receive a 1 hour Tempban. If you want it removed and chat on, query an op.
Extreme Idlers/Bouncers (days/weeks) will receive a 24h Tempban. See above for lifting.
Immature behaviour/harrasing/spamming/illegal content (the list goes on, the BAD stuff) receives a 7 days Tempban. Repeaters will receive a Permban.
A Permban is forever. Really really special people will receive this one on the spot. No discussion here.

Notes:
An OP is a channel operator. The guys with the @ in front of their names.
A K-Line is a network-wide ban.

If you got banned, and you dont know why or how, PM or /query an OP for reasons and/or unbanning.
